1. Warranty period, scope, and conditions
Our company provides a one-year warranty on the quality of the entire machine from the date of receipt by the customer. During the warranty period, if any quality problems are found, our company is responsible for repairing and replacing them. All expenses incurred as a result will be borne by our company. If any problems are caused by improper use, our company is responsible for repairing them and only charges material cost fees.
2. Handling of quality issues:
If the product quality is identified by an authoritative organization as not meeting the quality requirements during the warranty period, the seller shall bear the liability for breach of contract in accordance with the contract agreement. Our company will establish a comprehensive maintenance record and provide consulting services to users.
2.1. Our company provides instant response services, responding to the service instructions provided by the supplier within 24 hours according to the supplier's requirements. General issues are resolved within 48 hours, and major issues or other issues that cannot be quickly resolved are resolved within one week.
2.2 Provide timely handling of other unexpected failures caused by non equipment quality issues.
2.3. During the warranty period, any equipment or engineering quality issues discovered during unboxing inspection, installation and commissioning, and equipment commissioning and operation shall be repaired, replaced, or returned under warranty until the product meets the quality requirements. Bear all costs incurred for repairs, replacements, and returns.
2.4. Responsible for free repair and replacement of any damage or malfunction caused by the quality issues of the equipment itself. After repair, we will provide two copies of the report to the user, including the cause of the malfunction, solutions, the time required to complete the repair, and the date of resuming normal operation.
