Chuan Benster brand water-cooled screw chillers are widely used in industrial production such as chemical, electronic, plastic, battery, food, pharmaceutical, printing, and mechanical processing for constant temperature cooling. To increase the output of your products and safeguard your production equipment.

Unit characteristics:

1. Electric box: Made of high-strength steel plate that has been sprayed and processed with the most advanced patented technology for high precision, ensuring that it does not rust when used in acidic or alkaline gases.

2. Compressor: Adopting internationally renowned brands such as Bizer from Germany and Hanzhong from Taiwan, the compressor has a large cooling capacity and operates quietly.

3. Condensors/evaporators: Renowned brand condensers/evaporators with national pressure vessel certificates shall be used.

4. Four level or infinite energy efficiency automatic adjustment, saving power and worry.

5. The safety protection and indication functions are fully equipped to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the unit.

6. Protection level: IP54.

7. The water system of the unit has a pressure resistance of 0.9-1.0 Mpa, and the fluorine system has a pressure resistance of 3.5-4.0 Mpa. It undergoes high-strength pressure testing.

8. Adopting Siemens and Taiwan Bangpu controllers with MODBUS485 protocol, remote monitoring can be achieved through networking (optional).

9. Full Chinese human-machine operation interface, dynamic observation, real-time adjustment, beautiful and atmospheric.

10. After the automatic constant temperature test bench debugging is completed, the factory guarantees that the unit's performance reaches the best state, and the unit can operate 24 hours a day without stopping.
