Due to the cleanliness of the condenser itself, if there is dust and scale accumulation, the heat transfer efficiency will be reduced, which not only affects the heat dissipation effect and reduces the cooling capacity, but also affects the increase of shaft power, which is very easy to damage the compressor. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to:

Regularly clean the condenser, blow it with air once a week, and rinse it with clean water every three months, depending on the on-site environment.

2、 Compressor

After running the compressor for a total of 1000 hours, it should be inspected:

1. Is the compressor refrigeration oil normal

2. Is the current normal during compressor operation

3. Is there any abnormal sound during the operation of the compressor

3、 Other

After using the machine for a certain period of time, due to various factors, it is necessary to do the following:

Conduct a performance test on the pressure switch to see if high and low pressure alarms can be triggered. For the electric control box, it is necessary to regularly blow out the dust inside and check if the screws are loose to avoid machine damage and prevent accidents.

If there are any abnormalities above, please notify the subsidiary to dispatch maintenance personnel to handle them as soon as possible.

Warning:

Do not use sharp object buttons to avoid damaging the controller;

Do not twist or pull the wires of the controller to avoid damaging the controller and causing it to malfunction;

Do not wipe the controller with benzene, diluents, or chemicals. Otherwise, it may cause discoloration or malfunction of the components. To remove dirt, please immerse the cloth in water containing neutral detergent, wring out the water, wiping it, and then wipe the controller clean with a dry cloth;

Do not apply excessive force to the operation screen or connection area to avoid causing color tone changes.

Notes:

Only clean the unit after shutting down and turning off the power, otherwise electric shock or injury may occur.

Please do not rinse the unit directly with water and do not perform maintenance while the unit is in operation.

Please do not use steel wire or copper wire to replace the circuit breaker. Please use the correct specifications of fuses, otherwise it will damage the unit.
