1. Laser technology

Laser generators, beam controllers and electrical cabinets in laser (laser) systems may require additional cooling. The requirement for frozen water temperature is usually between 15… 22 ℃, and the requirement for frozen water accuracy is usually ± 1K or ± 2K. Some equipment may require ± 0.5K, and some equipment has certain requirements for frozen water conductivity and corrosion resistance. Laser systems usually have certain requirements for water temperature during startup, so electric heating needs to be added to the water circuit. Beam controllers in some systems may require separate cooling circuits. For special applications in laser systems, industrial chillers can be designed to meet different requirements.

2. Welding

Electrodes, welding furnaces and cutters all need to be cooled. Such as large and medium-sized welding machine electrode welding nozzle cooling; gold and silver jewelry processing of electric furnace cooling, etc. are usually small to medium-sized chiller. Requires internal and external circulating water pump system or closed tank system.

3. Cutting

Many cutting and machining machines (machining centers, lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, etc.) require high speed rotation of the tool or spindle to generate heat, and a large amount of heat is also generated during the cutting process. The parts that need to be cooled in these machine tools and equipment, such as spindle, cutting fluid, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, electrical control cabinet, etc.

4. Non-cutting processing

Such as EDM, polishing machine, grinder, etc. When the chiller is used, the water system is easy to be blocked by some iron filings, so it is necessary to install a filter. Requires internal and external circulating water pump system or closed tank system.
